Achievement hunters expect a complete Steam list on day one — SCREAM NOTE is a session-based multiplayer horror title where progression is round-to-round social chaos, not a single-player campaign with chapter saves. At launch week (July 28–29, 2026), the public Steam store and community hub do not yet expose a browsable achievement table we can mirror with confidence.

This page exists because search demand is real: when REAL PLAYERS or Valve surfaces official achievement names, icons, and unlock conditions, we list them here with guide links — never scraped from fake third-party sites.

How we will list achievements

When data becomes available, each row will include:

• Achievement name exactly as Steam displays it.
• Description paraphrased from official text — not invented grind steps.
• Unlock hint linking to relevant guides (elimination wins, escape routes, Streamer Mode, etc.).
• Hidden flag if Steam marks it secret.

REAL PLAYERS has not confirmed categories. Based on co-op horror norms and SCREAM NOTE mechanics, speculative buckets might include:

• First blood — trigger your first notebook scare on another player.
• Survivor — win an elimination round as last player standing.
• Escape artist — complete a cooperative exit with the group.
• Streamer chaos — survive or trigger scares via Streamer Mode redeems.
• Strike master — eliminate someone with a third-strike scare.

How to check yourself

1. Launch SCREAM NOTE from Steam.

Indie multiplayer launches sometimes ship achievement definitions in a day-one or week-one hotfix after stability patches land. REAL PLAYERS may prioritize lobby fixes and voice chat edge cases first — see troubleshooting and updates.

Session-based design also means achievements likely track round outcomes and scare counts, not campaign chapter completion.

Avoid fake achievement guides

Clickbait sites already repost Roblox-style “unlock all achievements” scripts for unrelated games. SCREAM NOTE has no verified cheat codes at launch — ignore executables promising infinite scares. Use official links and Steam support for account safety.
